Description
Catalan farmhouse dating from the fourteenth century in the town of Viver, in the Berguedà, Barcelona. The whole house is rented.
The house has been restored adapting to new requirements without removing the rustic charm that a farmhouse has as the facade of stone or wooden beams. Although it has several floors, all rooms of the house are distributed into one.
It has a large dining room and a large table with enough seating for all guests, a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a living room with TV and DVD and five spacious bedrooms:

You can see that the house is surrounded by meadows from which you can enjoy incredible views across the terrain. It also has an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, a playground for the enjoyment of the little ones and a covered barbecue.
