Description
Rural house in Lleida, specifically on the outskirts of Turbiàs, a small mountain village belonging to the municipality of Montferrer-Castellbò. It is located in an idyllic setting, in the middle of the mountains, with direct contact with nature that makes it a magnificent space to spend a few days of disconnection and relaxation. From the house, you can do all kinds of excursions and mountain routes, as well as outdoor activities in both summer and winter.
It is a newly built house, where design and comfort have been prioritized, maintaining the traditional materials of mountain houses. With open spaces, large windows that bring light, and wide stone walls, it provides a unique rural experience. To get there you have to go through a 3km road that is unpaved. It has a capacity for 2-4 people.
Inside...
The house is distributed in:
- 2 double rooms
Both are perfectly equipped with designer furniture and the corresponding bedding. Each one also has its own toilet, with bathtub, towels, and everything necessary.
As for the common parts of the house, it has a large shared space between the kitchen and the living room, where we find a space with sofas and the fireplace, and just behind the design kitchen area, with a American style bar.
This entire space is surrounded by glass windows that bring a lot of light into the interior of the house, thus integrating it into the surrounding environment. It is perfectly air-conditioned.
There is also a third toilet.
Outside...
It has a large outdoor area that is part of the property. Here we find a barbecue area with a table to be able to have meals outside, and a dark stone swimming pool area with fabulous views of the surroundings.
